ECOsurfaces Debuts the Shape of Things to Come

ECOshapes line comes in pre-cut shapes, patterns for custom designs, easy installation

Lancaster, PA - For more than a decade, ECOsurfaces recycled rubber flooring has been a favorite of architects and designers who have appreciated the design flexibility and range of applications offered through the lines’ roll goods and tiles. Because of the time and cost implications, only rarely did they take advantage of the materials’ ability to be used in custom shapes and patterns to create compelling flooring designs.

With the new introduction of ECOshapes, those barriers are gone! The new pre-cut shapes and patterns collection will address one of the top requests from designers who want to push the creative options using ECOsurfaces flooring in new directions. Created with designers in mind, ECOshapes offer a myriad of choices and out-of-the-box options for beautiful floor creations that are anything but ordinary.

Available beginning January 2009, ECOshapes is being introduced in three versatile shapes that work well together or alone: A diamond (45 degree angles); a 24” hollow frame; and a 12” square that can be used with the frame or the diamond. The initial color palette for ECOshapes includes six color patterns from the ECOearth and ECOstone Collections: Coal Porter, Iced Frapuccino, Coffee & Cream, Cinnamon Toast, Sharin’ Stone and Brownstone. The color patterns were carefully selected to offer the ultimate in versatility with unique combination options sure to compliment any interior. Additional patterns will be announced later in 2009.
