Installation:
Basic installation procedures and tools are the same as for other standard commercial resilient flooring and should be installed by experienced floor-covering mechanics. Instructions that are outlined in the ECOsurfaces technical manual must be followed. You may download your copy from above or contact us at: (877) 326-7873.
Adhesive:
ECORE International developed E-Grip II, an easy-to-use, one-part polyurethane adhesive, for adhering ECOsurfaces flooring to various substrates both indoors and outdoors. E-Grip II delivers 50% lower VOCs than the most demanding U.S. Standard (SCAQMD Rule 1168) and features excellent trowel ability and superior tack properties. E-Grip II’s coverage is approximately 95 sq ft/gal (1/16” square notch trowel) depending on substrate conditions and is available in 2.5 or 5 gallon pails. Maintenance:
ECOsurfaces rubber flooring must be maintained as recommended. The type and frequency of maintenance will vary according to maintenance equipment and desired appearance of product. Detailed maintenance can be downloaded from above or contact us at: (877) 326-7873. Warranty:
ECORE International offers an express five year warranty on the ECOsurfaces brand of recycled rubber flooring against defects in material and workmanship and that ECOsurfaces shall meet all published specifications and shall perform effectively. ECORE International warranties that during the warranty period that ECOsurfaces shall not harden, become brittle, chip, crack, tear or exhibit any signs of excessive deterioration except for normal wear and tear. All other warranties including implied warranties for a particular purpose are expressly excluded.
